Men injured when fire extinguisher exploded

Taking proper precautions when filling system bottles is always our top priority. Recharges to fire extinguishers and system bottles can be extremely dangerous. Always treat every tank as if it is fully charged and under high pressure. Our thoughts are with the injured men and we wish them a speedy recovery.
